At a bar one night Kristen and Derek brainstormed names for the nonprofit our group of activists wanted to form, using this napkin to right down our ideas and then variations of the name "Evolvegan".

Evolvegan is an organization applying for non-profit status. We are an umbrella organization for the Vegan Bus Project, Vegan Radio, and Veganica.com, as well as future projects that combine art, media and activism. Evolvegan will have its own website soon…
