The Vegan Bus

A fundraising event we held on Nov 14th at the lower level of Thornes Marketplace in Northampton, MA. Featuring books, live art and music performances, a kombucha-making demo, children’s activities, a silent auction, raffle, massage table, gift vendors, and lots of free food samples.

On August 29, 2010 the Vegan Bus traveled to Worcester, MA to receive a $1500 donation from Supreme Master TV. We first visited Elm Park with vegan treats, performances & leafleting. Next we went to the Loving Hut restaurant for a faux meat buffet and to receive the award.

October 10, 2009 the Supreme Master TV came to do a short documentary episode for their organization which will be broadcast on satellite TV all over the world and translated into 16 languages! These photos are our documentary of them documenting us...

The Vegan Bus was scheduled to go to Philadelphia on July 4th but had mechanical problems. A small crew of our organization went without the bus to co-sponsor a "Kid's Club" event with Public Eye Philly in Clark Park and then to meet up with Vegan Drinks Philly for an event at the Harmony Vegan Restaurant that night.

The Vegan Bus went to NYC for Farm Sanctuary's 2008 Walk for Farm Animals. We brought the band Shokazoba who was playing, but due to rain only got to play one song... but we all had lots of fun anyway!
